No "dirt shields" on mine. There's a rear plastic diffuser, but that doesn't get in the way at all.

I have the exact same issue w/ my Harbor Freight jack. Just a 1/8 turn on the handle releases all the pressure dropping the car immediately.

OTOH, my craftsman air compressor is kind of a POS as well.

I think I'm done w/ both Sears and Harbor Freight when it comes to critical tools. Any recommendations for high quality and reasonably priced tools?

Well For us X owners what if we just got the Rear Sways, how would that impact body roll and performance? I was checking out the F - sport stuff for the Lexus IS, and for the AWD they only upgrade the rear.

Is there any significant differences between the Hotchkis and Stillen sway bars?

Hotchkis=3 position adjustable, Stillen=2
Hotchkis=New bushing kit and new brackets, Stillen=re-use old ones.
Hotchkis=Zerk fitting for re-greasing w/o taking bracket off, Stillen=must remove to re-grease

Thanks for the details! Where's the cheapest place to purchase the Hotchkis setup?

I'd suggest doing the drop first. My preference would have the sway bar as some of the final tweaks.

Besides, if you're dropped, the car will lean less anyways, and you'll have a lower center of gravity (beneficial to handling).

Not a bad call doing it first though, depends on your budget.

Oh ic. One of the reasons why I prefer doing sways over a drop is mostly because I want to keep the height cuz of the bad weather we get up here with the snow and all.

Also its gonna be a bit more expensive since I would wanna get spacers as well. Then I need to get a camber kit also :S

Thx for your input =)

But a drop would look sweeeeeeeeeeeeeetttttttt with my M45's!!!
