VDC, emerg. brake light, slip light all on !!!!

To everyone,

I am bringing the 07 G35X sedan into the dealership tomorrow because when I accelerate the emergency brake light comes on for about 4-5 seconds, disappears then the VDC and slip light come on and stay on until I restart the car.

What could it be? I took in the first time and they said that it wasn't the rear pads, brake fluid or a leak in regards to the brake fluid. What is going on? Anyhelp? Can I reset this issue? Electronic issue? Thanks guys. and gals.

Its your breaks, when your brake fluid is low all these lights come up. If they tell you its not the breaks then I have no idea.

Yes, check your brake fluid. It is low most likely. The rrason is you will need new brakes.

I've the same car same issues as well. Turns out that my rear brakes were worn(fronts were at 50%) and brake fluid needs to be topped up as well. Even at a little less than 50%, mine had triggered the 3 lights too. I only have 26k miles and for the brakes to go out like that the factory tires must really suck and slipping like hell. VDC was probably applying my brakes too much. I was told that my rear rotors cannot be re-surfaced again after this and have to be replaced the next time. If u have an 07x like me, you probably would want to do the cold start re-program to fix the 1.5k rpm light acceleration lurching issue too. Hope this helps!

nah... not referring to the throttle re-programming. The cold weather is an idling fix when engine temps are cold. this one makes the engine accelerate, limp, accelerate, limp kinda lurch.

I had the same thing happen and the service rep told me its completely normal and that the car is "doing its job" because there is excess wheel spin occuring.
