I did check the arms on the lift even with measuring tape, I couldn't see any difference with either one of them
What do mean by bushings fed up?

Lol
That wouldn't be cool, There was guy with the same problem on this forum not too long ago I hope didn't do that...
The only bad thing about it I no longer have warranty on the car.
I'll wait out a little more, one of these dealership had to dealt with this problem before, the only thing though they might have changed out everything on the front end until the problem was gone

That picture is either a lower control arm or a compression rod. Not 100% sure.

http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/G35/

Follow the link and look at the suspension section of the factory service manual (FSM). You will see the front suspension laid out in "blown out" view and you can clearly see which one is that talked about here.

And thanks.

Why only when you make right turns at 45MPH and up?
There's a TSB about wheel bearings after impacts in a accident. So could be the wheel bearing is bad. I had a wheel bearing go bad on our Armada and it only made noise when turning/lane changes. It wasn't the normal whirr/rumble sound associated with bearings going bad.
