It's still under manufactures but MA lemon law with my mileage was 60 days..bought it 6 months ago so that's out of the question

"Are used cars covered under Massachusetts Lemon Law?

Yes. Used vehicles that are purchased in the Commonwealth come with express warranties. If the vehicle has has less than 40,000 miles, the express warranty is 90 days or 3,750 miles from date of purchase. If mileage is between 40,000-80,000, the warranty period is 60 days or 2,500 miles. If the mileage is between 80,000 miles and 125,000 miles, the express warranty is 30 days or 1,250 miles. If the consumer has the same defect three times during the express warranty or if the car is in the shop 10 cumulative business days (Monday-Friday) during this period, the consumer is entitled to a full repurchase, minus a mileage offset of $0.15 a mile."

But i would only get back what i paid for it correct. I paid 18.5K for it. I can private sell it right now for 21K

Did you ever resurface your rotors? I used to have bad vibrations in the steering wheel on the freeway because my rotors were warped. I got them resurfaced and the ride is silky smooth again.

I think i am getting closer to the problem..well i hope

Today after driving on highway with usual bad vibrations in wheels and seat..got home and looked at tires ect as i normally do hoping i find something everyday

I touched all the car hubs to see temps...2 rears were find..front left was semi hot but could leave my hand on the hub with no burning

I went to the front right hub and noticed that that those brakes/hub was throwing off a lot of heat...and i touched the hub and couldn't leave my hand on there for more than 3 seconds because it would burn. So the front right hub/brakes are getting really hot. Could this be my problem?

But wouldn't it do it at all speeds then and why were my 19 inch wheels and tires much much worse..this is why this is so confusing

I mean i had a tire shop able to balance to get it almost perfect for 3 weeks..and now i can get back to that..ugh

^ whs, it seems like the possible problem since its been seen as an issue before with some G drivers, however i would expect some sort of a loud "whop whop" sound when you drive if its the bearing from my older experiences... then again every car and part is different.

I would expect a noise as well...and if this bearing is bad..its been driven on for 7k miles with no real change in noise ect...think my wheel would have fallen off by now if it was a bearing but who knows

Wheel bearing went bad on my BMW a few years ago and first noise I heard was a slight whine. If it has been bad since he bought it maybe he thinks the noise is just road noise. However, you would think the whining noise would get louder when turning..

Also could be something involving the brakes....I would suspect either a hub/bearing problem or a brake problem would be more noticeable with 19's due to less "cushion" between the problem and the road.

I bet you have found your problem.....now get a technician with a brain to work on it (good luck with that)

I hope...and it may be hard to find a tech with a brain.

I am going to be checking all hubs and wheels for heat after i drive and if that one is always much hotter..i may have found it..but not holding my breath!

Well i checked the temps of the rotors and hubs...back two and front left were all right around the same..maybe 10 deg diff from rear to front. Then i went over to right side where i notice the heat.

Other rotors were about 145 deg..this one was 185. Other hubs were about 20 deg cooler so hubs were at about 120...the right front was about 160. So about 40-50 deg higher on that side
