I think with something like what may seem like a common problem that it would be beneficial to post year, model, and any mods regardless of how benign they may seem.

O.k. so I have no engine mods and after the reflash am having the same idle issue. I've taken it twice to the dealer only to leave and have the same issue. I have another appointment this Thursday, I intend to leave it until it is fixed. This is beginning to really work my nerves. I guess I could recommend them cleaning the TB. Anyone get a fix from their dealer?

What reflash do you have? Someone here took his car to the dealer and the fix was cleaning the TB's too.

Well here's my contribution to the GCC spec cars:

I don't have idle fluctuating problems, only on start up it'll rav slightly high but after like 15 secs it'll drop to like 700-800 and it'll hold the idle well.

The problem I am having is that the car hesitates when I'm at a light and I WOT it'll hesitate and then jump.....I'm going to be doing my TB cleaning and see if that helps.

One more thing that hasn't been really mentioned in this thread, has anyone cleaned their MAF? I had to clean my previous Audi MAF a lot to get it to idle stable. Just something to think about especially for those with aftermarket filters.

The hesitation sounds like your O2 sensors are damaged. Did the hesitation start after installing the HFC's?

They did TSB 08-017A and the idling issue started immediately afterwards. I'm at 49k

Clean your TBs. You might be surprised. My idle problems started after getting an ECU update, too, but all the problems went away after the TB cleaning. Who knew?
