Cleaned TB's, throttle is acting very strange

disconnect the etc connectors, then plug them back up. perform the throttle closed and app learn procedures....start the car up and make sure the car is fully warmed up then perform IAVL procedure. report back.

You can actually damage the tb if you cleaned it wrong. Hopefully you didnt.

from ppl's experiences it says you should have disconnected the negative battery.....about halfway through the thread is all the resets...let us know if it works

I would go back in there and make sure there is no paper towel stuck or something. Just make sure the throttle plate moves freely.
