It's funny that the only people that have signed this are LEK's buddies and are in the Mid-A area.
How many of you guys have personally gotten back defective body pieces from Eric?
I can tell you that everyone in socal deals with him, and most of us in the SDGz deal with him as well. One of our members had to have his bumper fixed 2 or 3 different times due to paint issues.

This is sad. I planned on ordering another TS bumper pre-painted from him.
The bottom line is that when he accepted your orders he entered a binding contract to provide goods and or services within a specific time window. He has failed to provide these goods to a significant number of people.
G35Driver will gladly ban a scammer who rips off one person but not punish someone who has ripped off tens of people?
It doesn't matter if hes going to deliver in one month, or even two. If he would have been upfront and honest to his customers and told them he has no idea when he can get them the parts, that's one thing. But he took money and made promises that he must deliver on.
THESE ARE BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS. It doesn't matter if he's a good guy(which he obviously isn't). It doesn't matter if his whole family died in a car accident. It doesn't matter if his supplier isn't delivering on their deadlines. If any of those cases he must contact the customer with a specific ETA and give them the choice to have their funds returned or wait for their product.
It infuriates me to see people talking about character. Its much simpler than that.
Bottom line:
1. All buyers should revoke funds however possible.
2. g35Driver should PERMANENTLY revoke Sponsorship status and remove all sale threads indefinitely.
3. Eric should not be banned as it would make it difficult to contact him.
4. Forums mods and Local friends should attempt to contact him and DEMAND him to return funds to all customers.
I can promise that if I sent him $600 of my money I would be at his door step after 1 month asking for my money back or my product.
It doesn't matter how busy you are, its a business.
FORUM MODS AND LOCAL FRIENDS ARE ALL BUT OBLIGATED TO ASSIST IN RESOLUTION OF THIS ISSUE.

realistically no body is asking for much. just a simple "hey buddy screw you, i jacked your money and am drinking it away with your grandmother in mexico right now" would be better than nothing.

That is the main problem right there. If he answered the phone or responded to emails, there would not be 1000 threads complaining about him.
Sorry for changing topic, but what happened with the RA strut bar? Last I heard people were eagerly anticipating it and they were still trying to get the last few buyers to pay up.
