ok if you have staggered wheels YES !!!
If you have the same wheel size all around you can do the same size all around if you want just don't go with the 245/40/20...why ?
245 is OK but 40 is not 40 is the sidewall of the tire and since your are going with a 20 inch rims i don't recommend you to go with that sidewall number because is gonna look awful....if you want 245 as tire width all around then a recommend you to go with 245/35/20 i will look good....it depends how wide are your wheels usually is between 8.0 to 9.0 i think 9.5 will look a little stretched....

Then if there is a discount tires in your area ask them to match tireracks price (which they will).. I saved almost $200 doing that a few weeks ago.
There are other online retailers that offer free shipping so check them out too, sometimes they are cheaper. I think I got my price quote from discountwheelwarehouse.com

But as qbanboy said, that is a good tire size as far as overall diameter.

im still confused on wheels, - offset - spacer and such
i got an 04 sedan
i bought rims that are
20x10
20x8.5 both 40mm offset
not dropped.
(but plan too)
what do i have to do or go with
so i can have that flush look.. like tire as close to the fender?
what size spacer do i have to put and what tires and such..
( so i wont have no trouble as in rubbing or tires wasting out fast)
please let me know thanks
