Michelins run large, that stretch will look minimal.

You'll definitely want spacers with those offsets as you do not need any stretch to run a +12

Ok well you plan to go pretty low right? Your natural camber should take care of it. I'd slam it and go from there, I'd start looking at 15mm spacers.

So the -3 offset all-round with 235f 255r will work... you think some potenzas will stretch better than the michelins as well

Neither of those tires are high up on the stretch list, I have potenzas on the front of my car and wouldn't recommend them.

An easy stretch that runs true is Hankook V12s.

This is 19×9.5 -10 & 19×10.5 -5 So somewhat close to those specs with the same tire sizes. If I remember correctly, the camber is natural at about -2.5 or -3.

Yea I'm not saying go that low, just a point of reference haha.

Personally I really like Nankang NSIIs for stretching.

Stay away from Falken as they like to bubble up.

Few guys like Nittos and Yokohamas so their are lots of options.

I just talked to a guy at discount tire. I told him i would consider some G35xs wheels on my car. He told me there is no such thing as an all wheel drive sport model. Plus I have to buy two sets of front wheels that come stock on rwd sedans, because mine is AWD. True or false? I realize he is ignorant to the fact there is an XS model, but what about the two front sets?

He would be incorrect. You can run a staggerd set-up on an X. There are plenty of people doing so, just keep the front and rear overall diameter the same.

Yup, discount tire hires retarded civic street racer drop outs.

Never trust your tire shop unless the guy is 50+ years old.
