Looking at bringing an 06 sedan home and have to replace the dubs on it ASAP. Goal set are a fun daily, slight drop on Tie, keep the alignment around -1.5 camber front and rear. So I'm thinking 18x9.5 all around with 255/40-18 , just need to figure out the perfect offset for my goals.
I know everything about the 350z, nothing about sedan fitment

I'm looking into getting some 17" steelies for a winter tire setup, anyone know of any brake clearance issues on an 06' G35 coupe?
For some more context this is what I'm looking at for steelies

Nah too lazy dont wanna spend right now lol. This is me taking a pic squatting angle so this sure do show the gap. I wouldnt even drop more than an inch anyways. Thinking bout changing the tire sizing tho. 265/40 RS-pro rear so I wont be squared set up. Anyone ran 265/35f, 265/40r set up?

2005 G35 Coupe loaded but bone stock!
+15mm or +22mm offset?
Hey guys I'm about to pull the trigger finally on a new set of rims. Car is a 05 G35 Coupe RWD, stock ride height but I have Tein Coilovers that may go on after the wheels if i think the car sits too high.
I decided against 19s and am going 18" Aodhan DS01 In chrome, deep dish lip.
18x9.5 front - 245/40/zr18 tire
18x10.5 rear - 275/40/zr18 tire
My only question now is on offset - they only come in +15mm or +22mm.
Will +15mm all around stick out too far? I'm not going full stanceboy but I like them near flush.
Help me so I can finally pull the trigger on these!

can someone recommend tires and offset for a G35 coupe; looking to run Work VSXX 19x9.5 in front, 19x10.5 in rear.
The car is currently on 18s with HKS coilovers and akebono front&rear brake setup.
I don't know whether I should be looking at Work VSXX Step-lip or R or T-disk. in order to make sure the brakes have clearance.

Tire and rim fitment on V35 2005
My 2005 model is currently stock
Its currently running
225/45 18 x 8 and 30+ offset / Front wheels
245/45 18 x 8 and 30+ offset / Rear wheels
on stock suspension
and I'm looking to go to
225/40 18 x 9.5 and ? offset /Front wheels
245/40 18 x 10.5 and ? offset / Rear wheels
i would like to know if a decrease in offset will force my wheels to extend outwards from the wheel well, and what offset would be recommended for a flush fitment also being on a 1 inch to 1.5 inch drop all the way around?
would this setup rub?
i am also very prepared to roll fenders

Stuck on whether these alloys will fit!
Hi guys,
New to the forum and generally quite new to modifying cars (still learning)! Just have a quick question about potential fitment/clearance issues for a set of alloys I am wanting to buy.
I have searched a number of forums and sites about different offsets and widths as well as speaking to vendors directly but still not much clearer sadly
So I have a 2011 Infiniti G37 sport sedan RWD (with the akebono brakes) and wanting to know whether this setup would be possible to clear brakes but not cause rubbing/need fenders rolling/adjustment of camber or toe:
Japan racing JR15s Front 19x8.5J ET20-40, with rears 19x10J ET35
or
Japan racing JR10s Front 19x8.5J ET20-35, with rears 19x9.5J ET20-35.
I am able to run spacers if needed, and have considered also adding in lowering springs (unsure of brand yet) but do not want to go crazy with fender rolling, stretching tyres or drastically lowering the stance. I would like the ride quality to not be sacrificed too much either.
Would hugely appreciate some advice,
thanks, Nick.
