im looking at 19" rims for my sedan b/c im in new york and our streets aren't exactly the smoothest. Any way im looking for a somewhat aggressive offset planing on doing 19x8.5 f and 19x9.5 rear. need some recommendations, thank you in advanced

lets try this thread. i tried searching, ive gone thru the fitment and stretch threads but i cant go thru all 10000000 pages of that to find anything similar to my approach....mostly wider sizes.
20x8.5 +5 (w/ 15mm spacers)
20x10 +10 (w/ 15mm spacers)
currently running 245/35 and 275/35 without the spacers are the rear wheels sit on the fenders, but the fronts cleared. so my question is what do you think would be the best size to run for clearance? im tryna get my fenders rolled soon and see how they fit then, but i was thinkin a size or 2 smaller....like 235 and 255?

looking to buy tires soon i have oem 19" im staying stock size 225/40/19 and 245/40/19

so im wondering about good brands i have 2 in mind already Nitto Invos and Handcook V12 Evo K110, are there any other brands or tires around the same lines

the hankook v12 evos seem to be pretty popular these days for a decent price. i also like the bridgestone potenza re760 tires as well.

i give those a look, the oem tire i think its too noisy though, michelin right? im def not going with those again

i have 4 to look at hankook v12 evos, falken FK-452 and Nitto Invo or NT05

anyone have experience with any of those

will FRONT 20x10 +35 ... on 245/35/20 fit without rubbing issues on an 04 coupe?

Fks are fairly decent, but kinda pricey for what they are
Invos would be my choice (put them on everyones car)
NT05, you daily this car? Don't buy these tires, you'll kill yourself.

stock 350z springs so lowered .5"... its for a spare so im really only concerned about any rubbing

i bent a rim (with a hairline crack)...last week I installed the akebono BBK, and I realized the hard way that my spare donut was useless

anyway, I ordered a replacement rim/tire, and was going to have the bent one repaired for use as a spare... this would probably cost 100+ if it can be repaired at all

On tirerack's clearance I found a rim for $59 that I want to pick up instead... being it will be a new rim for a spare and cheaper.. however because of the size, im not sure if it will fit the front without rubbing issues.

It is 20 x 10 +35... it would be mounted on a 245/35/20.. I know using it on the rear will be fine, but not sure about the front..

what about 20 x 8.5 +42 with the akebono BBK?? ****ty offsets I know but I dont care because its for a spare

The 20x8.5 will not fit the akebono for sure.

You won't rub, but I'm not sure if it'll clear your front brakes. That really depends on the wheel.

kinda in a bind for tires, dont have time to read every page, need new back tires and was going back and forth between handcooks or continental sport contact 2's, i am on 19's and so far its going to cost about 500$ for both tires installed, is that good or bad, sorry im very new.

Looking for tires for 20 leon hardiritt rims...Was thinking if Toyo tires was the way to go also i am not wanting to go cheap on rubber if im spending 4k on rims...can someone give me some advice on some good tires but not looking to spend the same i spent on the rims also. Thanks

So, I'm assuming with your setup and the spacers, then you'd be at a -10 F and a -5 in the back?

For the front, I'd run a 225/35 TRUE stretch tire. As for the rear, I'd run a 245/35 TRUE stretch tire. You might be able to get away with a 255/35 in the rear, so long as its a true stretch or a small stretch. Either way though, you'd need some negative camber both in the front and rear in order to clear.

Toyo T1R's cost a grip, but they're excellent tires. Honestly, if you're looking for tires that will last you awhile, I'd go with some General UHP's. Those things are beasts.

yeah my DD, im sure the NT05 will grip like a **** but in the rain :/
