front door speaker wiring help g35 2005 coupe

Hi, i Installed a infinity 60.11cs component speaker set in the front doors. I didn't want to deal with the speaker molex and run speaker lines through to the after market amp in the back, so I decided to use the factory wiring. I clipped the stock woofer harness and spliced the green wire to positive and red to negative to my cross over. Is this correct? Or is Green negative and Red positive?

I am installing
-JVC KW-R900BT In-Dash AM/FM/CD Car Stereo Receiver with Bluetooth
-Infinity 60.11CS components front
-Infinity Reference 6032si rear panel
-Infinity Kappa One Mono Amp
-Infinity Kappa Four 4ch amp
-2 10inch kicker subs.

Thx a ton, I have another question. I need to tap the harness in the trunk to access the speaker wires to splice so that i can connect them to the amp. Which wires are for the front doors left and right?

Hey man, i know its been almost 10years but did you ever get your setup working? I doing a similar thing. After market sub amp and speaker amp. I used the speaker wires from the bose amp, spliced it and connected it to the new amp. Im having trouble figuring out the wiring with the headunit and the speakers. Since im still using the bose wires but and aftermarket amp, im not sure which wires should stay connected and im gettingHey man, i know its been almost 10years but did you ever get your setup working? Here is a list of the wiring and their colors going in and coming out of the Bose amp for an 05 coupe.
