coilovers are adjustable ride height. they cost a little more, because it comes with the shock and spring. the advantage is they are matched rates and adjustable ride height, as well as dampning adjustment. i myself have a set of buddyclubs waiting to go on my car when it starts to get warmer

some other brands to look at would be tien, jic

i am sure some other people will chime in.

Here is link to all the springs that are currently out. I don't know how updated it is since it doesn't say 07, but at least it will give you some help when looking for the right kind of drop. Good Luck

https://g35driver.com/forums/brakes-suspension/65190-g35-350z-aftermarket-coilover-springs-shocks-spec-s-w-updates.html

I would assume that they would be similar since some of the sites sponsors don't seem to carry any specific ones for the 07. I could be wrong, but hopefully someone can come in with a def answer.

The link show's H&R springs. I went to www.hrsprings.com and ran a check. They do show springs for the 2007 sedan, HOWEVER it's the same exact part number that cover's 03-06 sedan's. You must call H&R phone 888 827.8881 and make 100% certain they brought a 07 car in and installed the springs to verify they fit. If they haven't laid hand's on a 07, I wouldn't touch them.

Remember, the whole deal about the 07 sedan's is that Infiniti changed the M's suspension even though it uses the G's platfrom. The shocks and springs are different. Stands to reason that the new G may have been changed in exactly the say way. I have not stuck my head in a 07 sedan's wheel well yet just to say it.
