The Febest 0220-V35 ball joint looks exactly the same as the stock ball joints.

I swapped out the rubber boot. Energy suspension 9.13130R. Much better material and fit, but a little shorter.

Sooo isn't the ball joint from czp and eBay the same brand SPD?

Here's the eBay link and in the description it says the brand is SPD same as the one czp is selling.

Exclamation Ball joint replacement AWD. G35x

Has anybody successfully replaced lower ball joints. I can only find dealership parts for 550. I see some previous posts here but no conclusions. If anybody has ordered aftermarket ball joint for the AWD 04 and had success please reply thank you.

I had the garage install an aftermarket ball joint on my knuckle and so far no problems. MTC brand from eBay.

If it helps, I can post a picture of the installed ball joint tonight.

2005 G35X AWD.

Just replaced the lower knuckle ball joint yesterday. Brought a SPD ball joint from CZP. Went to my local Advance Auto and rented their Ball joint removal insertion tool. There's a youtube video by Chris Fix on how to press out a ball joint. It's not demo on a G35, but if you can't figure out the concept from viewing the video, you need to take the car in to a mechanic. My was a 2WD so don't know if an AWD ball joint can be replace. If you can buy the ball joint for an AWD knuckle, then the joint is replaceable.

No, AWD BJs aren't the same.

I have a 2005 rwd. I bought the new ball joints from czp and picked up a set of used 04 lower control arms. Because the ball joints are for 03-04. Spent like 80 bucks.

difference is that my cars an X
But someone on V35 sedans group page on Facebook is saying otherwise and that they do in fact fit.
It's only specified for 350Z and G35 doesn't say anything about the awd model
A mechanic in my car club says it may be similar but he had the rwd sedan. but isn't sure
another mechanic I know will look into it as well.
changed out my oem bushings with energy suspension bushings because they were cracked to begin with so I thought it was the case.
I am currently having vibrations coming from somewhere and the ball joints rubber material is starting to wear and tear. not sure where the vibrations are actually coming from. wish I knew. my front driveshaft not the cv axles were changed recently(last year) in the fall. I really hope that this is the case. my inner tie rods also have some play but not really the biggest issue. can anyone specify what is actually happening? car vibrates whether I turn hard left or hard right

Call up turbo-toys. They would be able to answer questions. Might even have very low mileage used parts. Its where i get all my stuff.
