^I don't need to get that specific... The overboard precision was a joke (as was my last comment)
Obviously it doesn't need to be that precise, as I seriously doubt the ECM/BCM keep track of the speed down to billionths of a MPH

^Oh ok. Sorry I didn't realize you were joking. For some reason that post seemed kinda snarky when I read it. Must have just been me. Sometimes I misread intent

get to it. Take apart your 3.7 and count them up for us. 3.5 and 3.3 are much more common.

Was the 3.7 ring/pinion set used in any nissan vehicles?

No need, this is why God gave us math:

3.3 - 47 Tooth Ring / 14 Tooth Pinion. Ratio ~ 3.3571428571428571428571428571429

3.5 - 46 Tooth Ring / 13 Tooth Pinion. Ratio ~ 3.5384615384615384615384615384615

3.7 - 48 Tooth Ring / 13 Tooth Pinion. Ratio ~ 3.6923076923076923076923076923077

3.9 - 47 Tooth Ring / 12 Tooth Pinion. Ratio ~ 3.6923076923076923076923076923077

its used in the 07+ G sedan and I'm pretty sure the G37 (presumably 370Z too)

prior to that it was used in one of the Frontiers (I dont remember what year or version), I researched the hell out of it before I got it - but once I got mine, didnt really deal with it much... I have posts out here somewhere from when I did it, I posted the other vehicles that had it back then.
