In fact, I was more surprised in the fact that several figured it out here on the G35 board while only few did on the 350Z board.... That was the biggest surprise considering the 350Z board is more into engine modifications.
I gotta give credit to Gee Pasta. He suggested trying it only weeks after I dynod it on Klumzyees car. And he PM'd me with the suggestion before I posted anything about the experimental dynos. So Pasta is the only other person (I know of) that figured it out completely independantly and before any plots or discussion of it were made.
MREV isn't rocket science, its' like low hanging fruit just waiting to be picked. Substantial gains are made and its so simple to do.

On a side note. I promise to keep this thread clean over here on driver, as long as the Haridan's don't start bashing us Cronies.

I haven't seen any 1/4 track times or whether or not the MREV has beaten a non MREV in a 1/4 mile... haven’t even seen dyno comparo of nonMREV vs MREV..... I don’t see how we can believe this is even worthwhile!
JUST KIDDING!!!! I was missing the drama too - NOTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!! But I do wish us non-revups had something new to cheer about. Happy motoring MREVers... glad you finally got something you can smile about

I drew down on a 997 Turboed P-car. The poor bastard never had a chance. When I told him I had the infamous MREV on board, he raised both of his hands up to me and said, "Sir, please go first." As I pulled away from the stop light, all I could hear the P-car driver say to himself was, "Do I feel lucky, today?"

I didn't want see your question turn into another 250 posts argument over the merits of MREV. MREV is a great starting place, if one is looking for more power for their G. For some, it's all they will ever need, like myself. Well, for now anyways.
