So far no problems or noises for me this year but it's still early.

Yesterday I had my Intercooler and stage 3 pulley installed at the shop.... n boy did it make a difference. Night n day difference with that intercooler..... although i dont know the stage 3 made a difference since I never drove with the intercooler alone. My car pulls harder than ever.... I cant imagine how a stage 4 would feel...

One thing I noticed though is that my 4 rib belt was torn a little on the sides... I'm ordering a new one right now.... But would it hurt to drive around with it the way it is?

But anyways Ive decided to now save up for new wheels and a valve body upgrade before I head to stage 4. Running 235 size tires doesnt have the best traction with f/i applications

Buy 2 extra belts of each and keep a socket wrench with 12-15mm sockets. Those sockets should allow you to change all belts. You will also want to keep a flat and phillips screwdriver in the car also. I can't remember the size of the socket needed to help turn the SC'r pulley for the 4 rib belt. Probably the best thing to do is to test fit all the sockets and make sure that you have them with you.

BTW, enjoy stage III.

Cool thanks for the advice.

Also one more thing is that i noticed that my supercharger got alot quieter... It only gets loud when i get on it.... Which I like. Maybe its the cold weather?
Also I was doing WOT earlier in automatic mode (not MM) and I hit the rev limiter.... Will grounding wires help me out here? Or will I have to just get a VB upgrade.

Happy to hear they are going away from splitting the 8 rib belts if they were still doing that. Do you know if the Rev up motor falls under the CARB certification from the older 287 set ups?

Immediately after putting on the sttge 3 pulley was the first time I hit the rev limiters too. VB or getting an ECU flash are your best shots. My ECU was in the R&D process when the motor blew. Sucked to get a call from Technosquare saying your ECu is ready. haha, sorry lady my motor blew I'll come pic it up in a few weeks.

I sure would assume the Stage 2 has CARB just like before. Stillen is very big on CARB stuff.

I got my gauges installed last week and so far their great! I was suprised with the look and quality of it. This is the autometer 2 gauge pod (searched for pics on here but never found them..... so here they are!) Some people may think they look ricey... but hey I like em. You dont really notice them from the outside during the day... but you can see them at night. The autometer really matches the stock gauges.

I get 8lbs of boost at WOT with a/f at around 11-12. When just cruising around my a/f goes from 14.5 to 15.

Looking to change to an HKS true dual exhaust.... I love the look but I need to hear it in person first. Enough with the talk and on to the pictures!

MsA -

First off it looks great. Congrats!!

Just an FYI, you are not going to get more air the intercooler, you are going to get more air to the heat exchanger. The intercooler is under the blower.

What year is your car? If you have an 03-04 or an AT (any year) you should only have 7psi on your stage 3. Stage 3 runs lean as-is and if you are getting 8psi you are going to have some serious problems.

Hmm..... Ill check tomorrow if it really is 8lbs of boost. What is a safe range for my a/f right now. For a little i thought I was running rich
I thought I read people are only having problems with running lean when they changed cats or exhaust components.

Safe is ~11.2-11.8 at WOT.

The stage 3 runs safe but is maxing the fuel pump and injector. There have been some blown engines with the stage 3. I would consider upgrading your pump now. If you are going to stick with the stage 3, go with a walbro 190 and if you may go to stage 4 go with a 255.

As for the boost, that is the first time I have ever seen a stage 3 run that high.
