Happy wife happy life. Not an urban legend it's really true, just don't let her catch you in a lie or the joy disappears quickly. Ask me how I know, I've had 3 wives over the years lolololol...........
I bought mine in September 2016. It had an after market bumper painted with Kryon, eBay headlights, valve cover leak, no fender liners, ballast/bulbs didn't work because of no fender liners, no spare, no jack, Y pipe had holes in it, needed lower rearward/forward control arms and right rear tire was bald.
All the above was fixed and this is how it looks today.
Headlights are temporary until I get 06/07 ones. I need to replace differential bushings and catalytic converters. I'm on the fence about painting the hood the stock color. Down the road I'm going to install 370Z seats, black rear seats, RJM clutch pedal and of course a grille emblem. I'm happy with the progress so far.
Wow it's literally a whole new car. The old headlights are probably the most hideous G lights I have ever seen. WTH was the PO thinking?????
No clue. According to the owner before the PO, it had an 07 bumper and headlights. My concern at the moment is the differential since only one rear wheel was bald. Is there a way to check if the differential is toast without having to do a burn out to see if both wheels are spinning?

Jack up the rear end, spin tires, verify going the same way.
There's also something called breakaway torque. Checking basically involves removing one wheel, leaving car in gear, and using a torque wrench on the axle nut to see how much torque it takes to move the wheel. If it's down around 35 lbs, then it's basically an open diff since it worn out. Should be somewhere around 70-90 lbs.
