04 6mt Coupe - motordyne 5/16 ART pipes TDX2; KWv2; Hotchkiss; custom seats.
Cleaned MAF and TB and snugged the bolts on the art pipes. Did the pedal dance and made shockwaves on the long twisty country roads...no codes or pendings yet. Going on a long cruise to the beach tonight...so here's hoping. Have new ngk plugs that i will be putting in when I do the plenum spacer.

@Urban...yea. I wanted to do the diff bushing when I did the exhaust, but I only had a few hours of lift time and I had a hard time getting cats off because I needed to save them as I may be moving to an emissions city in the next year. Will get there.

Idler pulley., not belt tension pullie(s). See the black water pump cover to the left, above and to the right of the power steering pump? Just below the bottom of the cover is the spacer that allows for the removal of the absolutely useless pulley & bracket that Nissan had installed on the engines for years in place of the radiator fan that they had on the 2003 & 1/2 G iirc. Any excuse to throw up a couple of many photos of my **** on a g/z/fx site.

you buy the belt for an 07 FX35 that is slightly shorter to take up the slack.

If I did it, and I did, you can to. 1st time for me. Research, preparation & patience. There's a ton of info on my thread from wire tucking to tire truing.

I cleaned, wire tucked, hose deleted and hand painted many things flat black. I plan on some form of FI and a built engine & trans, so at the time I wasn't too concerned about it (the paint) lasting but it's been done for a year and still looks as it did when I did it. Most who really clean up the bay end up polishing every damn thing possible. Kinda tired of seeing that. I decided to go in the opposite direction and will probably end up with a built engine closely resembling what it looks like now.

Checked oil level yesterday morning and it was towards the low line on the stick.

Dumped a quart of oil in there and checked again today and its a little below the full line now.

Next project on my list is new bushings for my lower control/compression arms. Then wheels, camber, and height adjustment. Might have to mess with the toe as well. Hopefully itll all be done by the end of October...yes Im a busy guy lol.

Gave the G a wash/detail before a storm rolled in and threw debris on her.
Got bored during a power outage last night and ordered a RJM clutch pedal. Drove a friends' 350z this weekend after he did the swap and was floored because the stock clutch feel is the only thing that makes me miss my civic si.

If it isn't too late, someone is selling a revision 3 here. Probably at a steep discount.

I hung out in Land of the Giants!

Planning picking up some test pipes for cheap local and in my mind it's gonna go two ways. It's gonna sound great or it's gonna sound like crap lol. My cats are scraped to hell and they are started to rattle a bit so let's see how bad it is. Also I painted the work truck that I bought a few weeks ago for 570.00 lol. Just needed some love is all
