Sketchy meaning I don't want to bend any of the cooling fins.

Yeah I probably wouldn't put the jack on a finned diff cover either so I don't blame you.

04 6mt Coupe - motordyne 5/16 ART pipes TDX2; KWv2; Hotchkiss; custom seats.
Noticed some wear on accessory belt when I was cleaning tb and maf. Replaced both belts that came with car with some gates after soaking in 303. So much quieter up front.

Pulled my ddin with Metra kit to install a jdm kit I picked up here and put factory nav back in. Ran out of daylight so will be driving my little d21 tomorrow.

h2bn...curious about your low too. Details and pics plz.

Honestly I wanna know if the nav works. It came in the trunk, previous owner installed a different head unit and a vinyl leather covered blank in the nav spot. I think he said he paid a shop for the custom work, but it wasn't right. I might gut the nav screen and put an old tablet to use torque or dash command in the shell at some point...but right now prob just use the fuel econ info screen. I also got aggressive with the dremmel and messed up the dash cubby I have installing a mount and usb passthrough and don't really feel like buying another one

I use the android auto or appleplay on my ddin for nav when I need it.

really just figuring out what I really want...
I also used the wrong harness when I wired everything...so I am hopefully fixing that.

Thanks peeps for the replies. I am lowered, figured this out last month after 5 years of ownership lol.

I'll buy these and see how they do. I still want a reliable system for putting the car on jack stands though when I do work on them.

Replaced coolant temperature sensor ($6, 10 minutes w/ 19mm crows foot) which fixed my "overheating" / hard start issue! Also cleaned my throttle body/MAF which seems to have stabilized my idle which is now silky smooth... and no more buzzing from the poly engine mounts.

Dirty throttle body, old coolant sensor, and new thermostat.

And now that I've got new OEM headlights sitting waiting to be retrofitted, I don't feel bad showing y'all the cancer that is my old Ebay headlights the previous owner put on. That's not fixable.

yuck. How have I been driving like this for over a year?

Now I can finish this by adding Bondo and painting. Don't buy cars from salt states people. I think I stopped it for good though, the inside of the panels are clean and every speck of rust has been ground out. My car is now officially "rust free".... but also missing quite a bit of metal....

I know, this is completely irrational and I should have sold the car long, long ago. But hey, I'm almost done!
