A tad yes but I'm running projectors. I would imagine with regular halogen bulbs it would be horrible lol

Looks mint. Maybe I should just leave it this way!

I don't need no stinkin' fiberglass.... at least on the arch.

Off to the races with a newly beefed up rear crash bar.

That stuff isn't fiberglass, it's metal mesh to provide the fiberglass reinforced bondo something to stick to. I've got a layer of bondo on but it looks like **** and I won't be doing anything else for another few weeks since I'm back at school now.

Urban, did you literally drill a bunch of speed holes and remove the styrofoam for weight savings, or am I missing something?

If you pull your bumper, you will see the same thing. All I have done is add metal to the bumper support so it can more comfortably carry weight and it will theoretically withstand more impact force if hit from behind. The holes were already there lol. Access for the mount bolts.

Before this was all the weld holding the bracket on. One side of the bracket about an inch.

04 6mt Coupe - motordyne 5/16 ART pipes TDX2; KWv2; Hotchkiss; custom seats.
This weekend I transferred dual ac button and reinstalled JDM ddin kit and new wiring harness, got stock bose back and nav works (for info) for now. Also wired in my escort po-po detector and put the power/display screen in the ashtray for stealth (similar to that motordyneg35 guy on the tube). Also....I officially hate wiring....so I'm happy everything worked out, and will be happy to cruise with this for a bit.

Happened to be putting a yellow top in to replace the current battery after some rain and realized that I need to put a drain or something in the battery box area. Pretty sure I bookmarked something about this issue when I got the car. :/

There's a bolt kit on z1, and I'm sure other sites as well.
But having ordered hardware from them and realizing their markup for them putting stuff in a ziplock bag, I would probably just find the bolt specs and go to ACE or an industrial supplier to source them.
