Got the valve and timing covers back from the painter, they look hot! Don't have any pics yet because they are up in Prescott with the car and I'm down in Phoenix (80 miles away). Also got my new front end today which I can't wait to get painted and put on.
The manifolds, turbo exhaust housings and downpipes should be back from the guy doing the high temp coating today.

No, it's plastic so you can't make it larger.
Option #1 would be to replace/modify the tank to use a coupe/Z pump assembly.
Option #2 would be to replace/modify it with a CJ stage 3 dual-pump setup.
Option #3 would be to modify the AAM under car race pump/surge tank setup to fit the sedan.
Option #4 go full custom
Just thought of Option #5, use a voltage boost to raise the voltage of the pump for more pressure. I don't want to do this because it's more of a band-aid IMO.
I'll know in a few weeks if I need to pick one of these or not. I have a single W/255 right now with a CJ stage 1 return kit and RC 750cc injectors. Let's see how far that gets me.

It may depend on the amount of voltage added, but Mustang guys have been doing this to the OEM fuel pumps from OEM supercharged vehicles and I've heard of them being replaced every three months.

No, from what I understand it's not easy but can be done. You have to cut out baffles in your fuel tank and do some modifications to get the float to work right. I would expect it to be quite expensive unless you DIY.

Well if UMS ever finishes my motor I can find out how well this does. They have had my motor since the 26th and told me 1-2 weeks at most to build it.
