Another project at the same time:

Sorry for the bad pic but this is the only one I have right now...

Looks a little loose in some spots but that is because it is not mounted.

Raccoon 1, Nismo 0...

I've had a modified Impul style on my car for the last 5 months.

I remember that thread! I would of loved to make that raccoon do some boo hoo crying but than my animal loving senses would of kicked in.

That's too bad. And that Nismo bumper costs a pretty penny too and it's useless.

This one is being done by a pro!

He said he uses a bedliner-type material and then sands it down smooth as the basecoat then primes and paints so it has more flex and less chance of chips or cracks.

That sounds like a good idea. But has to be a PITA to sand it down smooth? Worth the money IMO if it works.

valve shims?

what buCKETS are you using? stock buckets or Supertech buckets? I know the supertechs have differetn thickness shims you can use, but you should be able to get the stock buckets in just the right size.

I have no idea, I know he was using Nissan shims but no one on this side of the country had the ones he needed so there were a few days delay. The GTM heads all had "634 or 635" written on them if that helps? Valves and head stuff is where I get lost...

Either way IT IS DONE!!!!!!

We start putting it back in the car on Monday morning!
