Post Radio don’t work/ A/C stay on 75 degrees FIX

For anyone that ever run into an issue were your radio don’t turn on and the A/C stay on 75 Auto but has no control functionality, check the fuse # 15 that’s in the area by the battery. I did a lot of research but did not find a straight answer other than taking the car to the stealership or sending my radio unit off for as long as a MONTH and paying $150-$200 (Sending it off), $350 (used), & $550 - $600 (dealer). When I get a chance I’ll try to scan or make a diagram of the fuse box by the battery sense I couldn’t find anything on Radio fuse for 2005 Infiniti G35x on Google.

Now I get to have a Happy Memorial Day to ME DOMO

HERE IS THE FIX - check fuse # 15 that’s in the area by the battery, UNDER THE HOOD...

This worked for me and only cost me the price of a box of fuses or did I use a spare fuse... either way it fixed it....

Thanks but I already figured it out. I guess I should've put FIXED before my subject in my title. But I figured out where the radio fuse was. easy fix... and tv&nav2go installed :-) Happy weekend for me...

yup...... its the circuit board.. few option to fix this problem without going to stealership is going aftermarket HU. I had the same problem and after going with pioneer HU, all that problem is gone. the other choice is fixing it by the stealership or buy another stock HU.

I found this thread, seems like there is a recall on it of some sort:

"On some model year 2003 G35 Sedans manufactured through August 21, 2002, the audio and temperature controls may not operate as expected. When using the audio equipment or the temperature controls, the unit may become inoperative. In some cases, this can be corrected by turning the ignition switch off and back on again. In other cases, the unit remains inoperative and requires service by an Infiniti technician. To prevent this condition, Infiniti has initiated a Voluntary Service Campaign to replace the audio finisher circuit board on these vehicles. Use Infiniti Net to confirm if a specific vehicle is affected by this service campaign (P3104).

yup.... you gotta b!tch slap your bose HU! it worked on mine until i got tired of it and the stock HU stop working.....it will come to the point where you keep hitting your HU and will turn off right away. You have to hit the damn thing pretty hard. I broke one of the button by hitting it too much. Just go DD! good luck!

Most problems are occuring with 2003 models.

However, this did happen ONE time with my 2006. Same symtoms and everything. I just shut my car off, restarted it and problem was gone. Hasn't happened since. Hope it's a fluke
