^You can clean it out.
The problem is a leaking seal, but it's not just a standardized o-ring, it's a specialized design, and Nissan won't sell you just a seal, they want to sell the entire valve cover, which is expensive.
There is a vendor on the site than can get you a set of seals though.

^No. That's incorrect.
The valve cover gasket is <$20 for the pair at almost any auto parts place or the dealer.
That's not where it leaks from, its the round seal that's on the valve cover itself that seals to the plug well.

you mean the circular grommets? those should be apart of the valve cover gaskets. all the cars i've ever done had them
your AC is leaking?
Condensation from using your AC is normal. Its just water that is design to exit the engine bay. in most cases the engineers never design that aspect of the engine because it normally lands on a suspension bushings and tears them apart on certain chassis but the water coming out is normal.
Me personally that water puddle is very normal to me, on all cars i've owned.

^+1. I left my car parked and running while doing a photoshoot one time, only to find myself photoshopping out the river of condensation flowing out of it
Hey guys i got a noice coming from the front passenger side, it happens when i hit small bumps on the road and its like a rattling sound, is it like a bushing or something, cause they are still probably stock, thanks...

i wish i had the slightest idea of waht you were talkin about :/ still tryna learn parts but the engine is more of a beast than i ever thought it would be! anyone care to explain?
check compression rod bushings and strut towers.
