Yea they are expected to last longer but its a hit or miss with the height. You might always have that itch to go LOWER or higher.
The whole assembly includes springs, at least $300 in parts. If you want to talk about maintaining the suspension, when one coilover goes out, you need to either replace all four or find a way to convince the manufacturer to rebuild it, if they will even do so. With 2 piece setup, all you need to replace are the shocks/struts, and you don't even need to replace all four depending on the setup.

True, that itch to go lower tends to happen to those who have never had a dd that's slammed to the ground, scraping everywhere they go.

The first one is just the plenum spacer. IMO skip that and get the second one with the Iso Thermal gasket which will dramatically help reduce heat soak in the intake plenum. The third one comes with the copper throttle body heater. It's a lot like a coolant control valve, only it never needs to be adjusted. This will also help keep your intake plenum cooler while allowing heat in the cold to keep your throttle body from freezing. If anything, It's not necessary, but it's nice to have.

market price for Nismo LMGT4s?

Hey everyone I've gotten the opportunity to get my hands on a set of Nismo LMGT4. The specs are 19x8.5 +25 and 19x9.5 +30 and are in silver. There are minor curb rash and wheels are wrapped in hankook v12 evo.

What do you guys think the fair price or what these wheels are selling at these days. We are negotiating price at the moment and we mutually agree to have a third party to decide the price. Thanks for reading, let me know what you think.

The 19's seem to be harder to find and a few sets have been sold on here for between 1500-2000.

you can use a search button... instead of making a useless thread. it really depends on what u wanna do tho, do u wanna go for looks or performance, whichever way you wanna go, do mods towards that. cant really make the decision for you, good luck!

I just took apart my akebono calipers, completely. Im thinking about just powdercoating the front halves (The visible part on all 4 calipers). It would save me $50. Thoughts? Will the back half be prone to rusting, etc (I dont even know what material the calipers are made of)

Im just trying to figure out if there is any benefit to painting the back half, other than impressing mechanics a tiny bit more.

Having multicolored calipers is a little weird. I would paint them since anyone who looks closely would still be able to notice.

I dont think you would be able to see it at all once installed, I got the idea here: http://www.myg37.com/forums/g37-seda...nd-issues.html

thepowdercoater.com also said that nissan stopped painting the back half from the factory, he said that for the calipers he has been receiving, its a 50/50 split between painted and non painted back halves right now.

I have OEM 19" Rays and dont plan to run wheels that are any bigger as well.
