^I went through the same thing when I first got mine.
You learn to love the 03/04 though because in the long run there are more aftermarket options and usually a little cheaper.

Heh, I thought I was the only one that disliked that front bumper. It looks so weird I cant wait to get a body kit on my '04 on top of that there's plastic trim on this luxury car... wth.

Too bad this summer is performance mods.... next summer is appearance mods.

Yeah I do. So much so, that yesterday, my torque wrench finally broke from all the beatings

Once I was done, I couldn't lift my arm. I was banned from the tracks for life.

And yes, that is really my torque wrench that broke yesterday. Oreilly/Autozone torque wrenches suck.

I have a bit of a problem. I was dicking around of hardwiring my dash cam to the rear view mirror with home link.

So long story short I blew a fuse (I'm assuming).

Now, my cluster is not working and have no lights at all. (And no, it's not the dimmer switch.), signal light and hazard light not working at all. That's why I know I know blew a fuse or 2.

I replaced most 10amp fuse including the 2 10 amp mirror fuse from the inside fuse box. I haven't changed any fuse from the hood fuse box. Any inputs? I'm trying to research it but every time somone asks about these questions, if they will know the answer they just say they solved the problem without even sharing how they fixed it haha.

Any help would be appreciated.

Anyone have their dashboard wrapped in new vinyl or suede?

Im looking into getting this done to the entire top part coz its cracking bad all over but wanna see some pics of others and get some input ... Im pretty sure its alot cheaper then buying a new one and whats the point of buying a used one that will crack as well
I also heard they can wrap it without even removing the entire dash assembly, any input is appreciated on this process and rough estimate in what it cost

They have different part numbers. Looked them up on car part and they list AWD and RWD separately. Sounds like they are different.

Hey guys I am new to this website and but i have been reading off here for weeks trying to learn. Now I know a decent amount about cars/make/models. Not a lot about the mechanics though. So there is a 2003 g35 for sale that I really want it has 140k on it and here are the things it has.

-Special features
Smart system(key in pocket & auto lock/unlock, remote start, slim card-shape key, etc)
Sony DVD Player 7" touch screen(Bluetooth call & music, USB music & movie, DVD/CD, iPhone connection, etc)

-Engine
Z-tube and JWT Pop charger cold air Intake
Motordyne Copper ISO Intake plenum spacer 5/16"
GodSpeed Engine Torque Damper
Poly 4 layers Radiator Hose
Invidia Gemini Dual Exhause W/ Titanium tip
Engine hood damper

-Motor mission train
Sport clutch flywheel kit

-Suspension/Wheel
New Timken Front, rear wheels hub & Bearings
New BC Racing BR Coil-over suspension / all wheels
New SPC Rear camber kit w/ strut bar
18" Sports Chrome wheels

-Exterior

sport racing front mesh grille

-Interior
Ironman color theme center dashboard
Black & Red Sports shift **** and cover
White / Blue LED mod for gauge, buttons, seats, doors

-Basic Info.
FULLY LOADED / 140,000 MILES
POWER WINDOWS
BLACK LEATHER POWER HEATED SEATS
CRUISE CONTROL / AIR CONDITIONING
3.5L V6 DOHC ENGINE
BOSE SOUND SYTEM / MOON ROOF / ABS BRAKE

Bad : (There is pictures for them below. Check it out.)
Left side paint pealed off
Rear right wheel chrome pealed off
Rear bumper has a crack on right side
Front seats are a bit torn up...I don't know how these even happened but I am assuming I will need new seats.

Do you think it is worth 9k? I think he has been trying to sell it for sometime. The actual body is stock. Here are a couple of the problem areas I am not sure will be worth it to fix.

Any information or opinions you can give me would be great. I am going to make the guy an offer soon I think.

I also have the option of putting an offer on a 2005 Blue slate g35 8995. Its the base but it still has the spoiler, leather, sunroof. It has 139,000 miles on it. It is stock though except for the double din. Here are couple pics:

If I were you I would go for the '05 coupe even though it's stock, it's got a rev up engine which is something the '03 sedan will never have. Plus you will have fun modding the car and seeing the progress of it.

What ever you decide to buy you will love the car either way, just my 2 cents.
