I'd love to say I know the guy but... I regularly see this exact car ( same colour ) in and around the Park lane / Vauxhall area. I guess that the owner lives somewhere around Edgware road as I've seen it being driven around almost every other Sunday ( around 2pm ).

First time I saw it it all felt a bit airy as we were both at the lights. Must have been a sight for a passer by.

 

Its such a good fit you can't slide it in and out, there wasn't room for the fitting bay. Not that you would want to try as the cables are so tight at the back.

The loose cable was direct off the back of the switch when I dropped the panel, I guess they knocked it loose when they fitted the cat 1 alarm system after it was imported

 

I assumed this was just an issue on my car but after reading posts on the gspot thread it appears to be a common problem with this model.
Has anyone had a new clear coat applied to their GT and if so any tips?

Got a Mkiv Supra at the mo and an ST200 (Ford) for work that I'm looking at selling (just the Ford) !

Really like the look of the GT350 and had a go in one that was for sale a couple of months ago (it went on e-bay, blue from Cardiff, is it on here yet) ?
Drove nice but really wanted a black one.

Spoke to the great guy, Jurgen, JM Imports, who imported the Supra for us and he says that he should be able to find one as I would like, black, manual, premium, but there's not lots over there.

Still undecided when I read the threads re satnav problems etc.

Surprised that UK havn't their own Sub-Forum !

How do you find your treated on the two Skyline forums here ?

hey guys .. am originally from Plymouth , now in Tokyo - but about to move back to London .. have a Black 350gt coupe - bought new in june 07 - one of the last 350gts - couldn't be bothered to wait for the 370gt which was out in the september.. got 19" wheels, sunroof.. bose stereo . - salesman didn't do a very good job - as would have bought a nodding dog for the back shelf if that was an option !!!! .. alas didn't see the nismo suspension option when buying .. oh well ..

Car is currently enroute back to blighty..

quick question can anyone recommend what nismo parts are worth buying here that would make a difference to the performance.. without going silly ! probably not looking to spend more than a couple of grand .. and know sod all about the inner workings of cars !

Hi Neil, welcome to G35driver. It's good to know we have another UK owner...there's not many of us about . As Martin says, check out Z-Store, I got my intake kit off them. As for advice about the mechanical side of our cars...sorry, count me out. I'm no mechanic. In fact I'm just beginning to learn about my car. Hope someone on here can help you.

Totally gutted, some pond life managed to get in the house about 2.30 this morning, managed to get the keys to the car plus all the credit cards they past xbox360,s wii and two laptops left them all even the police have said they are after the car, spent just over £200 getting the lock barrels on the house changed but as you can imaging the car will not be as cheap. they have the only immobiliser key so the car is totally dead for me, so the RAC will be here in the morning to take it over to middlehursts in the morning and A-PLAN have been an absolute waste of time, could be off the road until early sept (ps our lass heard something downstairs went down and they legged it other wise the car would have gone as well so im sat here on the computer with two web cams pointing at the garage door the passat across that and the battery out of the car I hope they come back tonight so i can get my keys back) and to make it worse leeds are about to kick off on sky sports and the storms have taken the signal out

I don't think "pond life" is the word you want to use! If it were me it would sound like "sucking tankers" or similar! Bad luck! At least you still have the car - its just a huge inconvenience. Thing is, even if the pond life was caught, they would only get an 4 hour stint in the cells and a slapped wrist! You'd be spending more time sorting the insurance out! Makes my blood boil!

Sorry to hear the bad news Mov. Their just scum. I'd love to catch the little ****es in the act. I wouldn't bother calling the police...just a few mates with baseball bats.

 

Can anyone point me in the direction of a place that would be able to ship parts to the UK?
I'm currently looking for clear side repeaters as i find the orange ones stand out like a sore thumb with the silver of the car and then possibly when money permits some other goodies.

Also, with it being the FM platform i take it for brakes and possibly exhaust i could just use 350Z parts from the UK stock?
