You can use it on any other supported vehicle (Nissan or infiniti), but you have to flash the first car back to stock and remove the tune first. It can only be used on 1 vehicle at a time
I'll have to clarify what my tuner said then. What I was told is its good for any infiniti/nissan vehicle I own, they didn't say anything about it being just one vehicle at a time. Not that I have any current plans to tune anything else right now though.
Is there any reason to assume that those aftermarket HVAC radio install kits if not wired properly could cause an issue with communicating with the ECU since the wire harness daisy chains through it... i remember reading that the wiring wasn't the same for every year G35 for the HVAC and thought i remember reading that on 03-04 the pin out is different for the 05-07 when plugging in the aftermarket HVAC... i'm starting to wonder if that's ****ing up my OBD2 to ECU communication...
My car was at SOHO and they were able to bench flash it fine so the ECU isn't not bricked and they tested all the read outs for all the pins on the OBD2 so they said it's getting signals just something along the wire run through the daisy chaining of the harness is fudged up somewhere.

New to the g35 family
Hello everyone, I’m new to All this so let me explain, I bought a 2004 g35 with an aftermarket exhaust (straight pipe) and also with an aftermarket cold air intake. I took it to the mechanic and he suggested I get a tune. I was looking around and came across someone selling an uprev tuner, he says That in order for me to use it I will need to buy a license but I don’t understand what that is exactly so could someone explain to me everything I need to do I order for me to be able to tune it. Thank you

1) the actual tune file which is created by a tuner (or yourself if you are the DIY type)
2) the license which unlocks your ECU and allows the tune file to be installed on your ECU. Think of it like Microsoft office. You need a license to use it on your computer. Same thing with Uprev. 1 license per ECU to tune.
3) the reflash cable which is used to communicate with the ECU and access the Uprev software
There are 3 types of reflash cables:
1) standard ---only lets you upload tune files and datalog for remote tuning
2) tuner ---- everything standard does plus gives you access to the actual tuning programs yourself
3) pro tuner--- for professional tuners
Shoot me a PM I'll set you up

This is what I have read elsewhere also, however when I got my G tuned in Feb 2020, the tuner said they no longer allow to reflash back to stock and remove the tune to be able to use it on a different car. Thought it was strange.

There is a set procedure you have to go through to get the license back, but it is very possible... I do it all the time
