Offset Options?
I'm looking to put the following tires/rims on a '06 G35 Coupe:
Front: 255/35/19 on 19x8.5
Rear: 285/35/19 on 19.9.5

What is offset can I run (F&R) on a stock suspension without rubbing and without rolling fenders? If possible, please provide a range (i.e +22 to +30) of what options are available.

Thanks in advance! I've searched like crazy but never found a 100% confirmed answer.

A better tire combo would be 245/35/19 and 285/30/19 (or 275/35/19), and I would recommend something closer to 19x10 (10.5) R and 19x9 front. Offsets of around +25 (+/- depending on width of wheel).

Have a Question/s About Wheels/Tires/Offsets/Camber/Etc? Ask here::-photor.jpg[/ATTACH]I'm trying to decide on what size of front spacer to go with.
The front wheels are 20x9 and sitting at +20 w/225/35/20. I am trying to decide if I should stay where I am or add a larger spacer. Rear wheels are 20x10 +25.

I think that I have enough room to go to +15 without issue. I just want to match the front to the rear. I think im almost there, but im not sure if +15 would be too much. I do have to order another set of spacers so I'm thinking either +18 or +15.

i have a question.

It'll be just right for me if i match rear 235/40/19 with 215/35/19 front instead of 235/35/19 rear. The diamter difference is 5.61%.

Right now, until i get new tires for rear rims, i have 215/35/19 front and 245/45/18 rear. BIG difference in diameter but my 350z doesn't light up SLIP sign. Do not have TPMS (aftermarket rims)
245/35/19 might BARELY tuck the sidewall. nothing's for sure.
235/40/19 would definitely tuck the tires.
The reason i don't want 235/35/19 is because if i do use them, my car would be dropped VERY close to the ground due to decrease in overall diameter. But still, not being able to touch the fender with sidewall.
My front vertex bumper is already VERY close to ground.
can i go 235/40/19 rear? I won't be racing in the street. i take it to the track.

i wanna POKE ... not Tucked.... not Flush
I'm a proud new owner of an '03 with only 39k miles ... I'm definitely gonna buy some wheels as soon as my tires get worn but in the meantime I want my stock 18" rims to either to Poke a little .... The largest SPACERS I see mentioned in the forums are 25mm but I doubt that would give me a proper "flush" much less a slight poke...

Question is how big of SPACERS do I need to get a PROPER "POKE" ?? Has anyone ran 50mm or 2" how about 3" SPACERS ??

I don't wanna know what people "usually" run... I see 25 - 27 is standard.... I want to here from people that went bigger....

No , I don't want them sticking out 4 inches like the lowrider trucks used to do in the 90s ... Haha .... Just a 1" poke is all I'm looking for

Thanks!!

People "usually" run 20mm-30mm because thats what looks best, beyond that it doesn't. Add a 50mm spacer and you will be looking like those lowriders from the 90's, ESP if your wheels and tires to stick out 1" from the fender?

Quote: IMO, if you want to track the car at all look into a little higher quality wheels. Enkei RPF1 for example, cheap, light and look great. They also come in wider set ups which would be great for the Gs big fenders.

However, the specs you listed, all will work without fender work. But the tire sizes are off. You'll need to run something like 235/40 and 275/35 to keep the overall diameter's in proportion.

245/40 and 275/35 would be my choice for tires on those wheels.
Thank you very much for your help,
But the enkei rpf1 comes in similar offsets like the rotas???

I chose the 275/40 because that is the bigger size of the potenzas re11 on 18 wheel...

It's all about personal preference. 20's will ride harsher/louder than 18's, but similar to 19's. It really depends on what you want out of your car as far as looks and ride comfort.

RPF1s come in many many sizes, a tonne more than Rotas.

Re11s definitely come in a 275/35 I would recommend those over the 275/40
