Most volks
19x9.5 +22 and 19x10.5+
but, that's just blanket easy. There are tonnes of wheels out there with those specs that don't clear brembos.
When you find a set of wheels post them up in here and we'll let you know if they'll clear.

So this morning while I was sleeping, my mom attempted to park my car in the street.
This is the result.

Can this be easily fixed/repainted? Like 1/3 of the lip is scratched to hell and wiped of all the paint. Or would I be better off buying a whole new rim. I don't want the color to not match all the others if I were to get it fixed/painted. Either way, no way in hell i'm paying for it so let me know what you guys think. New rim would be like $275.
I can get better pictures if needed, this was just a quick one from my phone.

Well you can't really get colour codes from wheel companies...
If you want it to be perfect you need a new wheel.
if you want to hide it, get some flat black pin striping paint and paint it on with a brush.

No, but he was still using the wrong tire sizes. They are 2" difference in overall diameter front to back.
You need to keep the 245/35 on the front and buy a 265/35 or 275/30 for the rear.

Hi, my best friend plans to buy a wheel set & tires for his G35 Coupe, buy new wheels and tires is a whole new world for us and we need help from all of who can help us, also he will buy a set of coilovers too and the strut bars so is a lot of $ and he wants to maximize his budget and wants cool rims at low price, we have in mind the following setting"
Rota Torque 18x8.5+35 with 235/40/18 tires on front
Rota Torque 18x9.5+12 or +20 with 275/40/18 tires on rear
he don't want to roll fenders...
but we want a noticeable staggered setting
are this ok? if not, please recommendations...

However, the specs you listed, all will work without fender work. But the tire sizes are off. You'll need to run something like 235/40 and 275/35 to keep the overall diameter's in proportion.
245/40 and 275/35 would be my choice for tires on those wheels.
