i ordered a universal air suspension and i didnt want my rims to tuck under the fender, is there anything i can do to get the fender to sit on the lip of the rim. im currently running 20x9.5 20x10. i just want my rear wheels to sit completely flush with the fender. only thing i can think of is doing custom fender work. or maybe extending the axle or some sheit idk ive been thinking about it all day. i dont think i need spacers cause my rear wheel already has a poke. i dont got a fortune to spend on my car. i know this is a stupid question, but ive spent all day looking this up and havent found anything on forums or google. so i decided to just ask someone.

Offset doesn't affect how much brake clearance you have. It is the disc face of the wheel.

You'll need to know the offsets. But it looks like you need new wheels and I'm going to take a shot in the dark that the wheels are roughly a +20.

If you don't have a fortune an "extended axle" should not have even been sort of a thought.

Figure out the specs on your wheels but I'm going to guarantee the look that you want will not be achieved with the current wheels....

Assuming this is the look you want...

Call varrstoen and ask, this is not a question that can be answered mathematically.

265/35

But you'll need spacers and need to be dropped to pull it off.

Quick question.

If yes how much more it would be dropped ?

any of you stretch guys have problems with balancing?

i recently went from 235/35/20 general exclaims to 225/35/20 achilles on my 9.5".
i had no balancing issues with the generals and at high speeds encountered no vibrations.

ever since i switched up to the achilles, i get a slight vibration over 55 mph.
i even road force balanced the achilles, and they still do that.

is it because they're stretched? do stretch tires prevent you from getting that perfect balance?

No, stretched tires should never cause balance issues. It's most likely because achilles are so damn cheap. There is probably an issue with the tire itself, be it too much rubber compressed into one side or whatever.

Generals are surprisingly good tires for how cheap they are...

275/35 would be a closer match to the 235/35 but a little more stretch in the bank won't look too silly.

I'd do 275/35 if you have room though.
