Lol. It's all up to you - how much camber do you want to run? or rather since you aren't getting front camber arms, how much are you dropping from stock height? from there I can closely estimate how much natural camber you'll have, and give you widths/offsets from there.

I forgot one of your questions was why I went with +4/+6. +4 up front because it's the lowest offset I could do and stay within oem camber. right now, I'm at +2 at -1.4. I wouldn't have minded doing the same with my new wheels, but I had no choice. I'll be running just -1* in the front with the new wheels. 10.5 +6 in the rear because it will require nearly the exact same amount of camber which I like. I hate big differences in camber front to rear, looks off. I'm at 10.5 +3 right now at -1.5*. the new offsets will be -1* just like the front. that's why I went with those offsets.

ambiguous, who I just helped with his offsets, went with +2, +0, IIRC. those offsets will have him run the max amount of suggested camber via the manual/infiniti (-1.4 and -1.8).

keep in mind, you can manipulate the amount of camber you run to get within a certain amount. like, I could've gone 9.5/10.5 et -5 all around (or just whatever the next lip size offsets were, this is just an example), and do a 7-8mm pull front, 5mm pull rear and still be within oem specs. I just didn't want to do any fender pulling - that's just me.

I'm thinking I want to be like you, natural camber, but I want lips... So, there's an issue there. I'll get camber arms for the back, but no camber arms up front is my only thing(at least not at the moment). I want to lower the car to the top of the tire tread on 20" 35 stretched --- havnt measured how much of a drop that will be. Happen to know? How much natural camber will that equal)). I would like as close to 3.5"front/5" lips rear with r disk front for the brembos... Looking at the gnosis hs201's reverse no step lip

Well, I'm not running natural camber. I'm dropped to 23.75" fender heights on 19s, and have SPC and SPL camber kits. I don't know the stock fender heights on 19s. So I don't know how much I'm dropped, nor how much you'd want to drop for 20s.

What widths and size wheels? 20 or 19 & 9.5/10.5 or 10/11? Is he pulling his fenders at all or are those offsets good for just a flat roll?

Thanks again, Drew, really helping me out!

IIRC, he got 19s. Just a flat roll. If I ever talk about offsets and camber that so have a pull, I'll mention it.

mostly a tire question...

which set-up gives better rim protection:

245/30/20 on a 9.5
OR
255/30/20 on a 10.0?

245 on a 9.5, but only by 2mm worth. the rim lip is still exposed tho on those widths. if you want actual protection, you need a 255 on a 9.5.

Size doesn't matter too much in this case, tire design does. Running tires like Michelin PS2 which have a huge lip protectors will warrant more protection than say Hankooks which have a pretty slim lip protector.

I actually thought you may have been getting at that after I hit post lol

In that case, they are pretty much identical. The 255 will be a hair larger but really not much.

Best way to go about that is dropping the tread width a little and upping the profile. For example instead of 255/30 run 235/35 or 245/35.

But if you're just trying to avoid bends and cracks just make sure your tire pressure is always on point.

Well, you can have some thick *** tires, but can still bend rims. Am I still not getting your point?

If the guys in Los Angeles can run 225/35s on 10s, and never bend their Works(Im guessing what you have via sig)/Volks/any other forged wheel form daily driving, I wouldn't worry about what I run - especially something with 20mm more. Just drive smart, and keep track of your tire pressure*.

well i really wanna change to 30 series.
i currently have 225/35/20 on my 9.5 and i really don't like how it stretches anymore.
so i was thinking a 245/30/20 will not be AS stretched.

yes, you're getting my point
you're right... i never really thought about how rims can bend even with thick tires.

thanks again guys, i'll make sure my pressure is on point with whatever i decide to go with.

From: central florida
front 20x9+20
225/35/20

rear 20x10.5+25
245/35/20

would these wheel/tires fit better on a coupe or sedan?
TIA

an aggressive sedan.

you'd need 20mm spacers all around for a coupe.
