Hey guys had a question...needed tires soon and needed some help as to what offsets to get..

I am on the OEM 19s with 25mm spacers all around..The car is also dropped on eibachs..

Currently have stock tire specifications on front and rear..

I wanted to get 235/35 on the front and 255/35 on the rear. Going from 40mm sidewalls to 35mm sidewalls is essentially like a 10mm drop correct?

It is getting close and I dont want to order the tire size if my tires won't fit because of the reduced sidewall size. Please let me know how I should go about finding out what I need before I order the tires. Thanks.

The wall size is the percentage of the width.

And roll your fenders.

I am looking at new wheels for my 2006 G35 Sedan which is lowered on Tein S-Techs. I would like to go with 19s, lower offset than OEM (+45) to get wheels closer fenders, and would like to avoid rolling fenders. In addition, I would like to run 40 series tires due to the potholes around my area. I would like to know what would be the best offset to run and max width.

Per my research, I think I am going to have to run 19x8.5 all around with maybe a +38 offset. Please give some advice.

How would 19.8x5 + 22 and 19x10.5 + 22 fit on a 03 coupe?

well im in the process of getting new wheels for the G, i'm just having troubles deciding what size tires i should get. if anyone has any input about tire stretching plese help. thanks. the car is lowered on eibach sportlines (350z spec) and a 7/16" springmount mod. heres the wheel specs..

20x8.5 front et +25 with 30mm spacers = -5
20x10 rear et +20 with 25mm spacers = -5

i was thinking about running 225/35 or 30/20 front and 245/35 or 30/20 rear. any help would be appreciated. thanks.

I just painted my 19 Rays black with polished lip so im getting ready to buy tires. I know what the stock sizes are, but i wanted to know if you guys recommend a different size. FYI I will be running 25mm spacers to make them flush.

So what size and brand do you think. Im in Maryland so I need some that can handle rain.

You could also do 30/35 if you want them lower profile.

As far as brand, depends on your budget. If it were me, I'd pick Toyo T1Rs or Nitto Invos. But Falken FK452 is a well rated affordable tire.

265 tire on a 8.5 is really pushing it. 255 is your best option

I just bought Volk TE37's in 19x10.5 and 19x9.5 +22 all around. I know nothing about tires so Forged suggested I run 245/35/15 F and 275/35/15 R. I want maximum tire possible and don't mind rolling fenders. We get snow here and they don't know how to plow the roads so my major concern is traction more so than performance. Is this a good recommendation? Thnx!

arent narrow tires better in the snow, rather than wider tires....

you can put 255/35 285/35 if your looking for more rubber

I dunno, are they? I mean, I want good traction but I don't wanna be replacing my tires every 6 months either. What's the happy medium?

no snow in my area, but I was always told narrower tires are better in snow.

tire ware is based of the rubber compound and how you drive.
