Illuminated Kickplates
It should be about 5-6 feet long on the drivers side.
It needs to run into the drivers foot well, under the dash and into the passenger side.
The passenger cable is only a foot or two in length.

I think that Aeson is correct. The wire was hard wired to the kick plate but I am not positive. I forget what it looked like when I installed on my 08 sedan. The driver side definitely had to go all the way over to the passenger side kick panel where the OEM "box" is located.
Assuming that it was not hard wired but an extension adapter that came with the kick plate, maybe ask the guy you bought it from to check if he has the rest of the cable still under his carpet. I bet he just forgot that there was an extension that was part of the kit and not part of the car.
I will try to see if I still have the instructions that came with the box. It wasn't hard at all but you definitely need the correct plug at the end.

Salvador312,
You are missing a really big part of the wiring. There was an adapter that plugged into the main module by the passengers foot. It had the wires that led to both kick plates, driver and passanger. The plugs in your photo are "intermediate" plugs. Without the main wiring harness, you cant do anything. Go back to the person you got it from and ask him to look for part D in the manual I have attached. He must have forgotten that it didn't come with the car.
Sorry big file size so I will post in sections.

You can order the parts from vendors here on the forum. I can't remember the names but if you search they will be easy to find. Otherwise, it is a factory accessory so your local Nissan or Infinity could do it. It is fairly simple to do yourself. It takes about 1-1/2 to 2 hours if you are a slow poke like me.
Hey Sal... Glad to see you got it all sorted out. They look great.
They are an easy install for both the sedan and coupe.
I installed mine in the dark in about an hour.
I installed some for a friend at work during our lunch.
We got Farhan's done in about 40 minutes and that was with spending 10 minutes just trying to get that stubborn plug unplugged in the footwell.
Completely plug and play. Run wires and plug them in... No splicing needed.
Don't pay dealer labor charges for such an easy install.
