DIY: Add a sub to your Bose equipped G35 Coupe

Yeah, just pull the center console trim around the shifter up, access the positive wire going to the cigarette lighter and use that for the signal wire.

Seems impossible to find a 4080 box for a coupe now. Any idea where to find one for an 03 coupe?

Or at least the next best thing..

Can someone link me to the JL Line Conversion kit he said he used? I'm a little confused on why this was needed and what it is. Going to try and do this myself

ive got a plug and play adapter by PAC so you can install amps without splicing into any wires. for sale if anyone is interested

hey guys, so i can honestly say ive read through all 33 pages of this thing to make sure im getting everything right, like others im also a noob to audio install... i fully understand everything that needs to be done, the ONLY thing that im confused about is that my amp is an alpine mrd-m500 its a mono amp. looking at the rear input connectors is what gets me confused. this is the set up

2 white
2 reds
when i splice into the rear speakers do i need to use all 4 of these inputs or do i just use 2?
this is the only thing that im confused about.. i can take pix if needed to clarify.
thanks again for your help

one white left positive rca, one white left negative rca
one red right positive rca, one red left negative rca?
