how did you mess up the cut off shield? I don't think they sell cut off shield just by itself... you probably have to pick up a pair of broken headlight or something

what do you mean the guide? i just put everything back as it was stock, everything else is fine except that the cutoff line is not straight. it straight in the middle but on the 2 sides it curve up then down. that is the weirdest ****.

Some clear lenses cause the bowing that you see, its almost impossible to get rid of. What clear lens are you using?

did you just bend the cutoff shield or did you twist the sides, too? you could have twisted the cutoff shield in a weird way to get it to do that. i had that pattern at one point during messing around. and yea, you can't just buy another single cutoff shield without buying the whole setup, so i would try your best to fix it. just take a look at it and analyze what is happening to the light based on the shape you have it bent/twisted to.

Hmm...This is an interesting mod. Ive retrofitted my old RSX with TSX projectors but this seems more complicated . Is this guide up to date with all the small tweaks such as the unwanted vibration?
Im still a little confused as to the shield and spacers.
If anyone is currently doing this can you post up pictures of them?
Im planning on doing this soon so im trying to get some creases ironed out before I actually start.

Also has anyone used the TSX-R clear lenses yet? I heard that they are better then the USDM version.

Loving the lights guys

Thanks
-Yi
