springs lower the car... if you have Z spec'd springs (regardless what kind), then its a good idea to use Z D-Specs (it is shorter)

If you are using G spec'd springs a Z strut will not lower it.

Can anyone tell me if I will need front a arms to get back within factory spec running tein basics?
another way of asking can i adjust camber or toe with tein basics?
im running 245/40/19 and 255/40/19 on oem 19's, would i be able to run 20mm fr and 25 mm rear spacers without rubbing on tein basics?

So a 05 coupe suspension put on a sedan with sport suspension will give me a 1/2 inch difference?

Just about every 350z coil will work on g35 of same year. Just 03 - 06.
350z and g35 share pretty much all of their suspension components. Biggest differences are spring rates and weight.

Back to my question:
Do I need a front camber kit with tein basics coils????

It totally depends on how long you go with the basics. Just for your reference when I switched to 255/40/19 dropped on z h-techs I rubbed until I got my fenders rolled.

I have 350z H&Rs with rear spring mount mod done. I have stock 350z shocks and struts. I am running these with no camber kits. The picture of the front wheel was taken before it settled.
