so after reading this whole thread, i am set on getting an aluminum shaft. so basically what should i be looking for? best price or are most of the products here of high quality?

z1 looks like the best price which would explain why they are out of stock. when will you have more available z1?

the ones from texas look to be a little more pricey but is there a good reason?

and last question, do any companies is socal make a good aluminum one so i dont have to wait too long for shipping? lol i wanna go fast now!!!!!!!

For how much? The driveshaft specialist in TX is a little cheaper than Z1 theirs are $475 shipped. Z1 is $490 shipped once you add the shipping charge..

SD do you think you can get a group buy for the aluminum ones? If not who can we contact to get one made by ACPT?

Z1 is out of stock on the 6mt DS and will not have the auto DS until mid-end of april they are not taking orders for the AT DS.

DS specialists do not have the measurements for a auto DS, so I would have to take measurements. They can make a 6mt DS though if anyone is interested can be made in 2-3 days..

GTM may be using a local company to make me an aluminum driveshaft. I was planning on ordering one through Z1 but I'm waiting to hear back on the completion time and price of this one first. I should have the details next week.

F-it. I'll jump on one when they are available. Hopefully it matches up well with a lightweight flywheel that I still need to install.

So far you got 4-5 people already for a Alum DS.

Didn't know that 350's came stock with a lightweight CF DS.
