1. 2003
2. 350Z Touring
3. 6mt
4. Stock 18s (8.5" rear?)
5. Never Dynoed
6. Never Dynoed
7. N/A
8. Stage 4 (Started off at stage 1)
9. Nismo exhaust, 2006 Z airbox mod, that's it for performance mods. Many supporting mods for the blower though to keep everything running for a long time to come!
10. 13.2 @ 109 MPH This was a stage 2 time (biggest pulley, 5.5PSI). Haven't tracked her since stage 3 and 4 upgrade. I wouldn't expect it to get much better due to my crap tires, and lack of launching ability, lol.

I Love my setup. It's reliable, sounds great, a blast to play around town, and plug and play!

It's interesting how many more G owners have the Stillen SC vice Z owners. When the FI options for both are the same!

Eaton MP62

Thanks for the warm welcome WoW and superchargedg.

I had been searching for the origin of the Stillen head unit and finally found this.

I'm not 100% convinced yet but based on some other images found at magnuson's website, the Eaton MP62 seems to be the unit, as it suits the displacement of the 3.5 liter, plus the shape and location of attachment points, and especially the actuator for the internal bypass valve.

How expensive is it to go from Stg2 directly to Stg4? I don't see on Stillen's website a "kit" to purchase that will take you from 2 --> 4. I heard once it was about $800.00. I'll have to see how much Sharif would charge me next fall for install. Any advice would help guys - and keep the great info and sharing coming!

Thanks Guys!

Def bypass stage 3 as its a waist of money and the stage 4 upgrade is about $800 bucks.

Thumbs up 2004 350z track model stillen stage 3

Hey guys,

Since there are not too many 350z owners who enjoy the Stillen Kit, I figured I would come over and join you all. I have a 2004 350z track model with stillen stage 3 kit, fuel pump, smaller pully on the blower itself, stllen catback exhaust and stillen cold air. Just visited the dyno-dynamics the other day and the techs there were impressed. The results were around 320 horsepower and 279 torque. This dyno is a heartbreaker, they say but my heart was not broken that afternoon. People complain about our cars falling on there face over 5k rpm, but mine revs to readline. I will try and post the dyno. Be sure to check your belt tension on both lower and upper belts forthe supercharger as I found out it makes a big difference. Check your plugs and make sure they are around 1.1mm gap.

It is a bit of a heartbreaker, considering the price it takes to get there. And "there" isn't very far from stock. But i still love mine too reguardless! I haven't gotten a dyno for this reason (Don't really want to know how little i'm putting down), but like you it doesn't really matter to me because i'm happy either way!!

I think people get the impression that it "falls on it's face" because it makes almost instant boost from a stop, then kinda tapers off. So it can feel like that i guess. To me it feels like a stock Z on steroids since the stock Z has good torque down low then tapers off too. I think if we had an M90 blower vice the M62, it would help alot. But at that point it would be no longer plug and play, which for me was a big factor in choosing this kit.

I still haven't figured out why people are more accepting of Stillen here vice my350Z also.
