Thanks Guys!

Yeah that's normal. It has to be moved there because the intercooler resivour goes in it's place. If you don't have any coolant leaks, or air in your system, you should never have to do anything with your coolant overflow tank.

If you recently had a coolant flush, any air in the system would have eventualy been replaced by the coolant in the overflow tank, which would explain why it's low or empty. Just top it off.

Not sure how it is on your Gs, but on the Z you can reach in there and unscrew the cap, then fill it with a long skinny radiator funnel. It's a beotch, but dooable.

Go to Stillen's site and DL the install instructions and it will all make sense.

^ Thanks man! It didn't dawn on my dumb @ss to read the installation instructions. I have it saved on my HDD and everything. LOL. Cool - I'll read over it tonight.

I want to hear from current Stg4 owners. Can we get a re-roll call and have some .02 on what you think about it. I'm thinking *maybe pulling the trigger in the fall...I need a push off the cliff, so anyone that is extremely happy w/ their Stg4 - please come on back in. LOL.

Thanks Guys!

vg30dett1990,
Please, for the love of god, skip the stillen kit and go a different route.

^ What's wrong with that!?!? I for one wanted a kit that would NOT push the engine all too hard, but could give instant gratification throughout any level of the pedal - and that's what I've gotten so far.

I mean, us STILLEN SC guys don't live in fantasy land and expect 400whp. We know that the kit will be reliable and will turn our coupes into a really fun daily driver.

I just don't see anything wrong with 320 or so whp. I mean, unless the particular individual is expecting a whole lot more.

Please, for the love of god, skip the stillen kit and go a different route.
^ To each - his own. = )

Thanks Guys!

just got done installing a Stage 4 Stillen kit on my G. I believe I am the first G with aftermarket hood that fits with this supercharger blower. I have the ittika dori hood on it.

This is the hood that fits it

One question tho, is anyone experience an issue with the coolant pump running right away after you plug in your negative connection on the battery? Per the instruction, it said that the coolant pump should run after you turn on the ignition, but not in my case. This means that the coolant is still running when the car is off.

I checked the relay and everything is wired up correctly. One red wire goes to positive on the battery. One black goes to a ground spot. One yellow wire tap into the fuse on the fuse box. One red wire split to two wires, one to positive for the fuel injector and other one to the positive for the coolant pump.

any help would be greatly appreciated!

Edited: Nevermind i figured out the problem. All good to go. Pics will be up shortly.

Thats what I was thinking.... I like the look of this hood and I have a Stage 4 also... Im slowly losing a battle of oxidation on my Stillen Cf Hood... Thinking of getting this hood if it fits in CF but this time i plan on adding another clear coat to it

Hey MsA & *ICE*,

How does it compare to Stg2 (if you can remember that stage). How much more power did you get out of the Stg4? I'll have to eventually upgrade since it 'eats' away at me wondering what the Stg4 would be like. Did going from Stg3 to Stg4 feel like a slight boost or a nice 'kick in the pants' even above Stg3?

Thanks Guys!
