Thanks Guys!

Honestly when I went from stage 2 to stage 3 I didn't feel too big of a difference but it was there. Going to stage 4 was a nice kick in the pants... so going from 2 to 4 you would definitely feel a difference

Well then I'm ALL in then. Sweet! Thanks for finally kicking me in the head enough to finalize it in my brain as a plan. I think maybe this fall.

Will I have any issues with the Stg2 being about a year old by then. Not many miles, probably 10-14k by then. I wouldn't think there would be any issues, since the packed ball bearings are supposed to be good up to 100k before service is needed - correct?

Thanks Guys!

talk with thaistyle about the supercharger stage 4. I just helped him installed it. The hood fits perfectly with this kit, no gap or nothing with it. He had the whole body kits btw.

Here are a few pics of it:

I went from stock to stage 4 so I wouldn't know about the feel of the other stages but I love the stage 4. The power and sound is great. And if I ever want to go faster I'll just buy a bike lol

That's crazy that hood doesn't have an issue with the blower!??? Neat!

What exactly is involved with the Stg4 "kit". I know it's a smaller pulley (I believe) and what else?

Thanks Guys!

i think stage 4 is the upgraded fuel pump,,,but i installed everything my self and didnt know what i was doing and everything turned out great..i installed the blower first, then the upgrade ECU module, then the fuel pump and then the intercooler last..it woulda took a pro like 6 to 8 hours to install it and i did it in 3 days...stillen instructions were pretty good, they were like how to install a superchager for dummies..lol

I believe the stage 4 kit consists of a smaller pulley, updated SS box, larger fuel pump, and larger 7th injector

hi guys! im here to address the hood/gap issue. there's no issue with the hood, it only appears that way because of the bumper that it is paired up with the k2 has an integrated grill with no support bar in the middle. this causes the grill to sag down a little bit, hence the gap between the bumper and hood. however, if you are running an oem grill, it wouldnt be a problem.

I was just wondering, has anyone improved their stage 4 kit? I went from stock to stage 4 and was wondering if bigger injectors, custom smaller pulley, or a bigger intercooler would help any.. Any ideas?

And does anyone have any gauges for sale? (boost, a/f)

anyone has their ECU flash with Osiris? My car needs a tune bad!! Just dynoed it the other day at Hill's garage. Stage 4 with upgraded pulley and I was making 290whp!!!! Probably because it was 110 degree outside on Saturday with high humidity. Anyone successfully flashed with Osiris? How does it work?

A proper tune (e.g. osiris) will help ANY car. For example it can give 30-40whp on an N/A car.. but it won't make up for deficiencies in your kit or install. As mentioned countless times, the stillen kit doesn't put down big numbers, even stage 4. If you're looking for numbers, go with vortech or turbos.

i talked to a local shop that do Osiris tuning and they said the black box from stage 4 kit will have to be remove, also the 7th injector will not be use because you can't tune that with Osiris. The upgraded pulley, 2.87 with stage 4 push out 7.5 psi of boost so if I decide to do the tune, I will have to upgrade my fuel injectors from stock 380cc to 600cc because the stock fuel injectors will have to run near 100% duty cycle.. If not, the result won't be any good. Another option he told me is to find a larger pulley, from a stage 2 or 3, which will make lower boost pressure and in turn will work out good with stock injectors.

What do you guys think?
