^You can clean it out.

The problem is a leaking seal, but it's not just a standardized o-ring, it's a specialized design, and Nissan won't sell you just a seal, they want to sell the entire valve cover, which is expensive.
There is a vendor on the site than can get you a set of seals though.

^No. That's incorrect.

The valve cover gasket is <$20 for the pair at almost any auto parts place or the dealer.
That's not where it leaks from, its the round seal that's on the valve cover itself that seals to the plug well.

^Tubes aren't on the cover, they're pressed into the head.

Noticed a couple weeks ago that my A/C is leaking slightly. This didn't happen the first summer I had the car, what could cause this? My assumption is just excessive heat/humidity. (Those are just a couple twigs that I removed.)

your AC is leaking?

Condensation from using your AC is normal. Its just water that is design to exit the engine bay. in most cases the engineers never design that aspect of the engine because it normally lands on a suspension bushings and tears them apart on certain chassis but the water coming out is normal.

Me personally that water puddle is very normal to me, on all cars i've owned.

^+1. I left my car parked and running while doing a photoshoot one time, only to find myself photoshopping out the river of condensation flowing out of it

^ yep the puddles of condensation is 100% normal, here in Florida you get it easy since there is so much humidity in the air.
