Maybe a reverse thread bit? You can get drill bits that are cut in the other direction, you put them in the drill, and set it to turn the wrong way (which is actually the right way because the bit is cut backwards)
It will start drilling a hole in the bolt, but if it just happens to catch or snag or anything (as a drill bit often does) it will usually unscrew the bolt. If not, once you have a hole drilled in it, you can then use an actual bolt extractor, which also kinda looks sorta like a bit, only it's actually designed to snag/grip into the drilled hole.

05 G Sedan 6MT. Hearing a "thump"/"click" when I turn my steering wheel. I'll back out a space, stop, put it in 1st, turn the wheel in the opposite direction, then I get the "thump/click". I think I heard it for the first time on Thursday. The last mod I did was the tokico dspec and stech mod 2 months ago.
