That would suck if it was
Are you using an impact socket? If you are try using a regular one instead as they have thinner walls. Its been a while and i can't remember exactly what I used. How were you able to fit an impact gun? If you used an air wrench they don't have enough torque to break that bolt loose

muy malo. i had something like that happen to me, but mine completely went out off and on. had to replace the cluster gauge. luckily my warranty covered it bc it was like $800!
They're LED's, can't just replace them unfortunately
Cant see an issue in that picture, but it sounds like you have a string of LED's (probably 3 of them) with one going bad, they're wired normally 3 in series at a time, so if one goes bad it takes the other 2 with it.
It can be fixed but not a the dealer, etc, you need someone who does LED stuff. LEDmod.com (hit up marcus) can fix it or convert it, as an option.
Has anyone else seen/dealt with this? The top half of my odometer illumination is dimmer than the rest of the dash lights. This issue comes and goes. Sorry for the crappy phone pic, the pic doesn't really show the difference.

yea thats what the dealer told me... they don't have bulbs just LEDs. the only way they could fix it was to replace buy cluster gauge... got an OEM part with a lifetime warranty so even if paid for it out of pocket it would of been well worth it.
