Just because he works at Infiniti.. doesn't mean his word is gospel. I doubt he knows all the plans and current engineering capablilities of the corporation.

G35er_in_TO, ya may just be better off keeping it to yourself next time!

Is that cutout in the bottom lower right of the mesh for Inteligent Cruise?
That would just add to the reasons I wdnt wanna get ICC... but they combine that into a package which gives you Adaptive headlights, which is cool! Too bad you can't skip the ICC and just get Adaptive Lights seperate.

Not doubting your credibility at all, the picture says it all. One thing I've learned over my years is that manufacturers would never use the word "NEVER" because they will manufacture whatever sells.
Thanks for the heads up, real world pictures of the G37 is very nice. (doesn't really change my impression of it though)

"He also went on to tell me that the 3.7 litre engine will never make it into the sedan as it WON'T FIT. The engine is too big. That should answer everyone's question as to why Infiniti decided to go w/ a 3.5 for the sedan and a 3.7 for the coupe."
I just posted the fact that the 3.7 uses the same block as the 3.5. and it will fit. No need to shout at me because you quoted some hear-say as fact.

I don't know why people get so worked up about information that's passed on. Any one can be wrong, and product planning people change their minds all the time, but there is no need to criticize the messenger.
Infiniti probably won't be happy to see this type of reaction to the yet to be released coupe. Gen1 G coupe is a tough act to follow, but I'm sure Gen2 will drive better, if not looking better. Look wise, It's hard for me to tell how different is it in side profile. The front is better with L shaped lights, but the rear lights probably should have stayed with the Gen 1 style (which the new sedan actually picked up.)
