Measurements do not mean anything. We need to see the curvature of the banks...

Dude go to the very first page. Does it look like the pipe on the right or the pipe on the left?

The one on the right is the HR pipe, the one on the left is the DE pipe.

Of course it looks like the one on the right but there are 4 different versions of a Y pipe surfacing and only 1 of them is the correct HR one so looks can be decieving..

^Sorry about that, I hadn't read all the posts yet and didn't realize about the sedan pipes.

Here's a pic:

Okay so I was running no muffler and no muffler with test pipes for a while car was SUPER loud and it felt pretty quick..

Now I installed this Y pipe and put the muffler back on... Car feels SLOOOOOOOOOW.. IDK if this is a placebo effect because the car is very quiet or if the car is actually slower.

I'm running megan res test pipes, HR Y pipe pictured below on a stock exhaust. DE motor.

Could it be because I put on a wrong Y pipe, or a placebo effect because i'm not hearing the car anymore?

BTW this y pipe sits low and rocks back and forth a lot with the test pipe... thankfully they both have flex in them.

Teh HR might have put you over the top and now you need a good tune. Might be running really lean so the performance suffers

I just got a Y-pipe off of a 2007 350z. I'll contribute some pics and measurements, even though some of the pics I have are duplicates of what's already in this thread. I did a hard reset of the ECU (battery disconnect) but I haven't had a chance to drive it yet. I'll post my driving impressions later.

does anybody know if it will even be noticeable? or where I can get a couple of them?
