235/35 and 255/35 or 275/30. that's a pretty mild stretch. that's the set up I would do, just for popular tire sizes.

245/265/35 would work, but the 265 is an odd size to shop for.

Have you mounted the wheels yet? How much camber are you currently running?

You should be able to get away with a 245/35 265/35 given your car pulled the right amount of camber when you dropped it.

oh. didn't see how little of a drop. you're gonna need nearly another inch to even remotely pull it off. springs or coils?

Thanks Drew! what's the most popular for front and back with my tire specs? 235/35 front 255/35 rear? Would ride quality be affected at all dropping the sidewall from 40-35 ?
If i went 245/35 front 265/35 rear what would be the change in height compared to 225/40 and 245/40, I haven't gotten alignment yet since I'm about to change tires. I was hoping I could throw the rear 245/40 on the front 19x10 wheel and put 265/35 on the rear which would only require me purchasing 2 new tires versus 4.

Yeah I just mounted the wheels two weeks ago, not sure how much camber I'm running (doesn't look like too much from the back, and there's still about 2 finger space between tire and fender so I have room for a bigger tire, but I know my car needs alignment for sure, especially the rear, one side looks a little more cambered then the other after mounting the wheels and lowering the coils all the way front and back. I would love to have 245/35 , 265/35 without having to max out my camber

appreciate your help guys, always learning something new from your experiences

yea. 235/255 would be the most popular. not sure about height change. you'd have to check a chart for that one. some people notice the ride comfort. I didn't. the 245/40 and 265/35 might be out of the 3% difference range for vdc. again, I'm not familiar with diameters. check hankooks chart, or 4dgs might know off his head. I'm at work still.

Well, gonna change out my wheels on my 05 G35 sedan.

Looking at 19x10 +25 all around, with about a 1.5-2" drop all around. What size tires should I plan on running? Will run necessary camber and how much fender work am I looking at?

I'd do 245/35. You'll def need to go lower when you put those wheels on, if you do. You'll see how low you need to be.

On an 04 Sedan with appropriately sized tires, could 19x8.5 +45 fit? Or would I need spacers and extended studs? Thanks

Varrstoen ES 1.1.3

Hello all. I just got my new ES 113's in this week and the specs are 20x10 front and 20x11 rear +15 offset. I tried putting on nitto 235/35 front and 255/35 rear and they will not stretch. I went to two different shops and they just can not be stretched. This is due to the way they were made. By that i mean the step lip. The next best thing was a 245/35 front and 265/35/ or 275/35 rear. Still nitto. those are the only tires that would fit on those wheels. DO they make 270/35 or 240/35. Never thought about that till now but if they do that would fit and be a super nice stretch.

Hard to believe! These shops you are going to regularly stretch tires?
