G35 Coupe "Sport Package"
but with that being said, much of what I have read on this site from various posts of peoples experience, is that Z springs will drop the front of a G coupe an extra .5", but NOT the rear...not sure about the sedan. have also found many posts that say the same thing about aftermarket Z springs.
my own experience is with Z H-Techs which dropped the F about 1", but maybe only .5" in the R. now I have RSR Ti2000 Z springs and the same thing has happened. the RSR's list a drop of .6 F and R on the Z. that should translate into 1.1" F and R on a G coupe, but not with mine. the F dropped fine, but the R is again only about .5".
have a one finger gap in front and the drop is nice, but the rear still has a full two finger gap and it looks to need the spring mount mod. I wonder if all springs designed for the Z only drop the G coupe by what is advertised for the rear of a Z...hence the reason so many guys do the spring mount mod.
I was able to get a good deal on a set of Tokico D-Spec Z springs. these advertise a drop of 1" F and R on a Z, which should be a drop of 1.5" F and R on a G coupe. we will see. my thoughts are that it will drop my car 1.5" F and 1" R. will post results later this spring after install.
can anyone else with aftermarket Z springs confirm my suspicions?
How about getting the first post edited with some marking information or part numbers for the OEM stuff?
Not to mention noting that the springs revised vs. unrevised feel different, IF infact the spring rate info is correct...

I didnt see anything about 350z sprint performance springs? I'm looking into buying a set for the front it will drop 2.75 inch on a sedan. i cant find spring ratings to compare them to my strut ratings which i cant seem to find either.
so I bought my brother for christmas tein s-techs for his G coupe but I was too late to realized I accidentally ordered him sedan s-techs (I know noob mistake!! >_<). After reading thread and looking at tein's official website. Will his drop be similar to that of a coupes? give or take .! or .2 difference in drop? I noticed on the official website the front spring rates are same as coupes whereas the rear is 274-coupe and 291-sedans.
Hi I was wondering if anyone knows or has 350z Kw v3s on their g coupe? I'm interested in buying some but the part numbers change on them and I have a local 350z owner selling his set but the whole Part number change keeps me from pulling the trigger, any help/info would be greatly appreciated

1. 2.75" drop on springs and shocks takes way too much bump travel out of the suspension. No aftermarket shock is going to make things work with that much drop. Get a coilover setup.
2. Sprint refuses to say what the spring rates are. Like I can't figure that out with springs in hand
And you never will

if i where to get stock 350z springs (front) and put them on my 04coupe (front) will it drop it some? i dont want to have bad camber or rough ride,so if theres anything i can do other than getting a coilover setup,or crappy lowering springs that will make my ride rough, can you guys chime in and let me know?
just want a decent little drop in the front, rear is fine.
btw im on stock 18's with brembos
