yeah 9.5 is the widest, I would prefer a more typical staggered setup, and may yet go with a wheel that offers it, but wanted to see how well these could possibly work. The 57 maximum pro offer better sizes, but not the finishes I prefer. In the end I'll have to give up something regardless it seems.

hmm, yea that's a tough choice man.

Could always get the 57 pros powdercoated....

The ideal et up in my opinion is 18 or 19 x 9.5 +22 and 10.5 +12

I'm assuming you just messed up the integer on that one because the 12" was right haha.

For the +12 out back I would recommend a roll but you'd be ok without it.

The 57s not come wider? You could easily fit a 10.5 out back... Like with the 9.5 setup, you're gonna have room for a 10mm spacer (with roll)
nice! thanks broski

how much does the offset increase for every inch you add to the wheel?

^based on the 4DGS calculations in that previous post, it seems to be 12 offset change each inch..

Hey,
lookin for some tire advice.
I've recently purchased a set of 19x8.5F & 19x10R
Will there be any issue with the VDC if i was to run a 235/35/19F & 275/30/19R ?
Or would it make more sense to be running the 245/35 on the front?
(I currently have the oem17's with a 235/45 all around)
Thanks in advance..

Yep, it's really like 12.3, but that .3 isn't enough to make difference in the offset.

The front is a little small. To get back to absolute OEM over diameter you're looking at 245/40 front and 275/35 rear.

But 245/35 and 275/30 shouldn't trip the VDC.

Has anyone else used 17" 350Z wheels for a winter setup for Brembo G Coupe? If so, would they clear the brakes or would I need spacers (what size spacers?)? I am on stock height.

Thanks!

Jeremy

So based off recent events, I'm most likely going with 19x8.5 all around. That said, what offsets would be recommended to make a more agressive setup +35? +30? I have no clue. And for tires i would probably be running 245/40 all around.

I heard somewhre they do, but I am not 100% positive on that. I'll try and find out for you. A good place to ask would be the random question thread in the sedan stickies. More traffic goes through there.

The +30 is obviously 5mm more aggressive (5mm closer to flush)

This is a good setup on a sedan with a moderate drop as that is pretty much exactly the specs of the OEM coupe 19s, which the sedan guys love.

I'm looking to get 20's with probably 8.5" wheels on the front and 10's in the back. I am thinking about 295/25s. what size front tires should I be using? I was planning on 245/30 on the front but I'm not sure.

295 is too large for a 10" wheel without looking stupid. Also, going a very wide tire and on 20s is really going to hinder your performance as the wheel and tire combo is going to weigh anywhere from 65-80lbs.

What offset do you plan to run? If it were me I'd run 275/35 and 245/40.

Hey guys, Im looking at getting some new wheels and just wanted to make sure I'm making the right choice. I am looking at XXR 521s 20x8.5 20x10.5 and I believe the offset is +30 all around.
Now my first question is will this fit a stock suspension G coupe well? No rubbing?
And secondly, what size tires should I go with? I was thinking 245/35/20 in the front and 285/30/20 in the back. Will this rub on the stock suspension?
I plan on getting Z H-techs after christmas so will this setup still work with those springs installed?

Thanks

So if I have a 19x10 -10 and I turn that to a19x11 that would make the offset a -22?
